HOW IT WORKS

2. Send us your photos
After ordering, upload your photos along with any captions, dates, page order or design instructions on our website raries.com/etsy

3. We design your book
A Raries designer will arrange your photos and create the complete interior layout, front cover, spine and back cover.

4. Review your digital proof
We will send you a complete digital proof so you can see exactly how your book will look.

5. Request revisions
If anything needs adjusting, send us your changes and we will update the design based on the revisions included with your order.

6. Approve your book
Once you are happy with the final proof, give us your approval and your book will move into production.

7. See the finished book before shipping
After printing, we will share photos and/or a video of the completed book with you. Once you give us the thumbs up, we will pack and ship it.

ALREADY DESIGNED YOUR BOOK?
You can send us your finished print-ready PDF or exported Canva design instead.

We will review the file before printing and let you know if we notice any issues with dimensions, margins, image quality or print preparation.


DIGITAL PROOF BEFORE PRINTING
Every custom photo book receives a complete digital proof before production. Nothing goes into print until you have reviewed and approved the final design.


PHOTO QUALITY
For the best printed result, we recommend sending the original, highest-resolution version of each photograph whenever possible.

Try to avoid:

- Screenshots
- Photos downloaded from social media
- Heavily compressed images
- Low-resolution copies

If we notice a photograph that may not reproduce well in print, we will flag it during the design process before your book goes into production.
